Crash Report is a mobile app designed to quickly document minor traffic crashes, capture driver and vehicle information, and generate a clear summary report directly from the field, helping reduce time spent on paperwork.

Yes. The Full Report includes additional information such as the narrative and is intended for your own documentation.
Yes. Photos, data, and reports are stored locally on your device and are not shared unless you choose to export them. Crash Report does not upload your reports to external servers.
Yes. Crash Report works offline. You can create reports without a network connection.
Yes. You can attach photos, damage details, and insurance information to each report.
Yes. Your information can be entered once and will be automatically added to each report. You can edit it anytime in the app’s Settings.
You can use iCloud backup to save your data and restore it on a new device. This allows your reports and information to transfer seamlessly when setting up your new phone.
You can create up to 3 crash reports for free. Upgrade to unlock unlimited reports.
The app includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a yearly subscription is required to create unlimited reports. Reports you created remain accessible, but creating new reports requires an active subscription.
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Also note that crash reports created in the app always remain accessible even if your subscription expires. However, creating new reports requires an active subscription.
No. Crash Report is a standalone documentation tool. Reports generated by the app are for reference and information exchange and may still need to be entered into other systems. You can use the generated PDF to quickly copy and paste information into your reporting system.
Vehicle registration barcodes are different in each state, and some formats may not yet be supported by the app.We are actively expanding support. If scanning does not load the vehicle information, please contact us and we will work to add support for your state’s barcode format in a future update.
